Dr. Robert E. Lee is the founder and lead dentist of Omalee Dental, a patient-centered practice built on principles of service, integrity, and compassionate care. As a proud military veteran and entrepreneur, Dr. Lee understands the value of hard work, dedication, and putting people first.
Driven by a mission to improve access to quality dental care, Dr. Lee established Omalee Dental to serve families in rural communities where healthcare resources are often limited. His philosophy is simple: every patient deserves to be treated with respect, honesty, and clinical excellence.
In addition to providing comprehensive dental care, Dr. Lee is especially passionate about serving fellow veterans. He actively educates veterans about their dental benefits and works to ensure they receive the care they have earned through their service.
Alongside his wife, Stephanie Lee, Dr. Lee co-founded Chelsea's Smile, a community outreach initiative created to provide dental care and support to under-served individuals, particularly the elderly and those facing barriers to treatment. Their vision is to strengthen communities by improving health, restoring confidence, and creating lasting smiles.
Whether helping a patient overcome dental anxiety, restoring a smile, or serving veterans and families in need, Dr. Lee remains committed to making a positive impact one patient at a time.

Jessi is the Office Manager at Omalee Dental and brings over 20 years of experience in the dental field. She began her career as a dental assistant and cross-trained in many areas of the dental office, gaining a well-rounded understanding of both patient care and office operations.
Jessi's extensive experience allows her to assist with everything from insurance questions and clinical support to day-to-day office needs and patient communication.
Jessi is passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every patient and helping the Omalee Dental team provide exceptional care to the community.
